Contract formation: An online order becomes binding upon successful payment; inquiry-based and custom orders are governed by the mutually confirmed quotation / contract.

Pricing & availability: Prices on the international site are ex-works reference prices in USD (excluding shipping and duties) and may be adjusted with material costs and exchange rates. The amount shown at checkout prevails.

Product use: Smart locks must be installed and used per the manual. Damage caused by improper installation, modification or extreme environments is not covered by warranty.

Software platforms: Use of the LDLOCK / RENRING / BLUELOCK apps and SaaS platforms is subject to their respective platform agreements.

Intellectual property: All content and trademarks on this site (FANDAN / LDLOCK / RENRING / BLUELOCK, etc.) are owned by us and may not be used commercially without permission.

Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the order; we are not liable for indirect losses (loss of profit, downtime, etc.).

Export compliance: Buyers are responsible for ensuring that their purchase and use comply with local import and usage regulations.

Disputes: These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to the competent people's court at the seller's domicile.
